Registered Nurse
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical/surgical setting. Communicates with physicians/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomoatology. Is able to respond quickly and accuratelyto changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- General nursing care within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse.
- In addition, functioning as a charge nurse for the floor with several nurses reporting to the charge nurse.
- Making assignments for the shift, making any rounds with physicians, taking off any orders written.
- Reports directly to the Medical/Surgical manager.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Tennessee.
- Prefer at least one year of experience, but will accept new graduates.
Medical Records Coder
Full-Time
Ability to work with minimal supervision. Communicates well with physicians/Case Managers/coworkers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inpatient/Outpatient coding
- Reports directly to the Medical Records Manager
Qualifications
- Certification as RHIT, CCS, or CPC
- Knowledge of 3M
- At least 2 years experience in Inpatient and Outpatient coding
- Knowledge of MS-DRG and APCs
Registered Dietician
Full-Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Will manage meal planning for inpatients and nursing home residents.
- Will participate with all aspects of diabetes education for patients and other applicable duties.
Qualifications
- Must be currently licensed with the state of Tennessee.
- Prefer at least one year of experience, but will accept new graduates.
